Mark A. Smith. Ph.D, Director. Dr. Smith obtained his Ph.D in cognitive psychology and neuroscience from the joint Carnegie Mellon University and Pittsburgh University Center for the Neural Basis of Cognition (CNBC) program. Between 2000 and 2003 he was a Lecturer in experimental psychology at the University of Cambridge, England. His academic webpage can be found here.

Matthew Checkley, Ph.D. Matthew Checkley has an MBA and a PhD in Strategy from Warwick Business School, and is a Lecturer in Canterbury Christ Church University. He has worked as a consultant to Connect Midlands and Warwick Ventures, helping entrepreneurs to raise over £120 million. He worked in IT industry analysis for eight years, analyzing equities for two major investment banks.  He has published book chapters and numerous journal articles.

The Scientists Behind the Development of the Training Exercise
